The Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs will host a Directors' Seminar with Jonathan Sinton on Thursday, October 9th in the Belfer Center Library (L369).
Dr. Jonathan Sinton is China Program Manager at the International Energy Agency’s Office of Global Energy Dialogue. Before joining the IEA, he was a longtime member of the China Energy Group at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where he engaged in wide-ranging research on energy economics and policy at the macroeconomic, firm and household levels, mostly in collaboration with organizations in China. He has also worked as an environmental consultant in Hong Kong and undertaken assignments for a variety of academic, public and private sector clients.
Dr. Sinton, a native of New York, holds a bachelor's from Harvard College and a doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley.
